The Fresca Andria is a 26" free standing vanity that fits virtually anywhere. Although small in size, this model has 2 large doors that swings out to reveal a large storage area, including a glass shelf on the inside of each door. The matching mirror completes this attractive ensemble.

OK, let me start from the beginning:
1. You will most likely not get the faucet shown. Please ensure that you check your e-mail, as they will send you options for replacement under separate cover. If you do not select your faucet, your order will not ship.
2. Once my faucet selection was made, I never received a confirmation of when my item was going to ship and e-mails & phone calls were not returned. I had to use the sales # to obtain contact and they were helpful and apologetic.
3. Item was shipped and shipper was punctual to window/time quoted.
4. The items delivered did not come with instructions nor does the manufacturers website have them. If you have installed a vanity / faucet before you should know what to do - but read # 5.
5. Now the big miss here! PLEASE NOTE - the shelf inside the unit is approximately 16.5" from the floor and is not adjustable. If your drain is in the wall behind the vanity make sure that you measure very carefully, as you will have a problem with install if your drain is level with the pipe as you will not have clearance for the trap. Your main options will be 1) cut the shelf and/or 2) relocate your drainage pipes. Approximate charge here in NJ was $450 to make it work. Luckily my father is an engineer by trade and we created our own drainage pipe. NOTE for the manufacturer: please make this shelf adjustable in the future! I should have been a smarter consumer noting that there is a reason why they don't photograph the unit with the p-trap attached, but let my error be useful to future buyers.
6. Please note as described - the unit is made with MDF wrapped in veneer. Traditionally, MDF does not hold up well in high humidity areas (such as a bathrooms), so I do have my doubts on longevity. My last vanity was from a big box store and was MDF - it lasted 4 years before falling apart. I am hoping at a price-point 3x the amount spent on my last vanity that this will last 3x as long, but we will have to see about that.
7. The main reason I bought this unit was that I wanted to get the most out of the small footprint I had available in my bathroom. To that end, I am satisfied with the sink. It does look beautiful, has plenty of storage, the sink capacity is great and there is plenty of room for any items you want to place on the top surface.

So, to sum it up - it is a beautiful sink and fits well in small spaces, but the thought process behind construction is lacking, so think and measure carefully before purchasing! And as I said, we'll have to see about longevity of the MDF.
