This faucet is a lovely design and seems to be of good quality. Not a great experience with the manufacturing company, though.
Unfortunately, it took quite a bit of effort to get a complete faucet here. Package arrived missing 4 missing parts. We don't know whether this problem originated with Amazon or with Kingston Brass, but we contacted Kingston Brass directly to obtain the missing parts, assuming Amazon would not have them. The customer service department at K.B. was quite accommodating when we first talked to them, but it took several phone calls to sort everything out and they gave us a pretty hard time about getting the parts to us in the time-frame we needed. They claimed that they were under no obligation to help us because we purchased from a third-party (Amazon). I'm not sure why this would be the case, if they sold their product to the third-party to begin with, but it became a very challenging situation for us. With luck, this will not happen for anyone else, but I wanted to share our experience, just in case.
