I ordered a similar chandelier from overstock for $10 less than came broken twice. I gave up on them amd found this on amazon. Im so glad because this one is so much better! First, they packaged this very well. No broken parts at all and thoughful way to make sure it didn't come broken. It's quite large which I love and is perfect for my dining room. It's very easy to put together even though the directions weren't clear, you don't need them. The crystals appear to be glass, not sure if actually crystals like says in description but for the price I'm just glas they aren't plastic like you usually get with this price point! Overall I'm very happy!
