I have two of these that had low flush volume and power after a couple of months of use, or stopped working entirely. Both were produced with serial numbers 2009-XXXXXX, on which WDI, the manufacturer of the tank (in a troubleshooting guide NOT published with the user manual but subsequently sent to me by email from their customer service department) highly recommends that you stretch the flush valve spring by 1/2" if the tank exhibits low flush volume and power. That was very simple to fix with an adjustable wrench and some needle-nosed pliers, I did this on both of them and it solved the low flush volume and power problem.
But, the springs, once stretched, lose their elasticity, and need to be periodically( on the order of once every couple of weeks) re-stretched to properly activate the flush control valve. WDI products should provide free of charge to every customer that has purchased these expensive units properly sized springs, that retain their elasticity! If you have a tank with serial numbers higher than 2009, I assume you are OK and will not have this problem.
Another small recommendation I can make for installing these tanks on the bowl is to put a backhold on the nuts holding the studs protruding from the bottom of the tank when you tighten the tank onto the bowl. I didn't do this on one of them, and got a small leak from the bottom of the ceramic tank enclosure ( which has a little bit of water in it every time you flush), which has subsequently sealed up.
Otherwise, they work great, powerful flush, low volume, everything they advertise it will do it does!
