Picked this design out of a brochure and ordered only from the picture and description. Needed to replace 42 year old hardware, deadbolt and knob handset, with something more elegant. Did the installation in January, so took 2 afternoons. Had to make jamb holes deeper and larger, which consumed more time. Directions were very easy and extensive. I had already replaced all interior handsets previously, so had some experience with Balwin. The new set works very good, locks and unlocks very smoothly. Actually, smoother than the original replaced one. The deadbolt has a deeper bolt, which I believe results in an even more secure lock. The interior lever can be replaced with one to match other interior ones; but, unfortunately I was not able to buy just a handle; a half dummy must be purchased. A minor expense.
