After much research ordered this beauty. Have ordered Crystorama chandeliers in the past but from another vender. Upon arrival and just opening the top of the MASSIVE box everything SEEMED OK. Needed two electricians to set up scaffolding and install in our dining room with the 20 ft ceilings. Well surprise surprise - the simple crossbar to install was missing as well as most of the tiny rings to hang the crystals from. None of the local hardware stores had a strong enough crossbar (not sure if that is the correct word - hanging plate maybe?) Called Wayfair to send out another - 2 WEEKS LATER - Package shows up indicating crossbar AND rings inside. Alas, NO RINGS! For the price of the chandelier I really did not feel like twisting bits of ^%^$%^& copper wire into tiny circles to hang the crystal. Another phone call AND TWO MORE WEEKS LATER the circles arrive. Of course the electrician had to come back and the scaffolding set up again. The picture of the crystal hanging diagram was not very clear but the electrician did a great job and I LOVE,LOVE, LOVE the final result. We have upper windows in that room and the sun just makes it sparkle like crazy in the am. I went ahead and ordered the matching wall sconces as well. Wayfair was very helpful and apologetic throughout.
