Century 10.3 ft. Truss Wooden Attic Stair Review

We had a ceiling at 10'0". The stairs didn't reach to the floor and we had to add a step to the ladder to make it work. Now it's too heavy and the springs aren't rated for the additional wood we added. I don't know if the unit shipped was missing something or if it was the wrong item shipped. I'd rate it at 1 star BUT the product itself isn't bad, If we had a 9 foot ceiling this would have been great and a 5 star review. If you're stuck with a 10 foot ceiling though, may want to check with this supplier to make sure you're shipped the whole 10'3" as advertised.

Also of note, the item was shipped to us in a timely manner. No damage on the box. It was an overall good experience excepting for the lack of length.
