This is a gorgeous chandelier. The crystals really reflect rainbows, even without the lights on. The crystals are huge and heavy. The gold makes it look elegant not cheap, to my delight. The candle parts are white glass not metal or cheap cardboard.
This chandelier needs two people to install it. I did it by myself but it was really hard. I had to stick the stem of the body in my shirt pocket to help hold it up as I connected the wires and screwed in the canopy. No easy thing by yourself. It took me several hours by myself. It would go much faster with 2 people. Yes, it is time consuming putting the crystals on, but that is what you do to own one of these gorgeous chandeliers(unless you want to to pay someone a couple of hundred dollars to install it).
I would take off half a star because the directions are not very concise. Most of it is intuitive. However the placement of the lower crystal chains was not clear in the picture nor on the amazon picture. I wish there was a youtube video showing how to put on the crystals. Multiple crystals share the same location.
Overall, 5 stars because it is a quality product and very stunning! I love it!!!!
