Never had something like this (i.e. a large, heavy, ceramic item) shipped before, but it survived the process with no signs of mishandling or damage. It came in a single, big box.

The color was a bit different than expected. We also bought a white American Standard toilet from a big box store and the color of this sink is a bit darker than that toilet, but most people would probably not notice it.

The plumber who installed it said the pedestal wasn't quite square on the bottom, so he had to use a couple of small shims to install it properly.

Also note that the chrome towel bar is NOT included and must be purchased separately.
